Executive Board
Robert Berland, P.E. is the Chairman and Chief Technology Officer. Bill Cole, MS, MBA is the President. They are the founders of this organization, and both are engaged in the day-to-day operations and make all key decisions for the company. Mr. Berland applies his expertise to oversee all technical operations within ESG. Mr. Cole manages all day-to-day business activities, including business development, planning, financing, and reporting as well as maintaining all required documentation.
